Congratulations to our Somerville Scorpions 9U team on capturing the 2026 USABL Spring League National West Division Championship. The Scorpions completed an undefeated season, going 11-0 in the regular season and playoffs combined. 

After completing a 9-0 regular season, the Scorpions earned the top seed entering the playoffs and did not disappoint. Somerville defeated the Readington-Tewksbury Raptors 9-1 in the semifinals and followed that up with a 10-1 victory over Hackettstown Tigers in the championship game on June 14, 2026 at Carol Pager Sports Complex in Somerville. 

In all 11 games, the Scorpions outscored their opponents 87 to 27. The team has consistently had dominant pitching and timely hitting.
